Privacy notice

Website visit tracking. When you visit a Palise Property website or landing page, including our course, book and webinar pages, a small script from Palise stores a random visitor ID in a cookie and in your browser's storage on that website. It records the pages you view (the page address, with any personal details in the address removed, not anything you type), the website that sent you (we keep its domain only), the time of your visit, and the advertising details in the link you followed, such as the campaign, ad set and ad identifiers and the click identifiers that Meta, Google and similar platforms add to their links. We delete those click identifiers after 90 days. Our script does not record what you type into forms. Our hosting provider's systems record your IP address and browser type when you load our pages, and keep those logs for up to 30 days.

Our own records keep only a scrambled form of your IP address, used briefly to block abuse and deleted within two days. When you submit one of our forms or book a call, the visitor ID is sent with it to our customer relationship system (HubSpot), which links your earlier visits to the details you gave us. We use this to understand which advertising and content leads people to enquire with us and become clients, and to decide where to spend on marketing. The marketing agencies that run our advertising see reports built from this information, including which of our ads our clients clicked. We do not sell this information and we do not use it to make decisions about you. Visit records that are never linked to an enquiry are deleted about 13 months after your last visit.

Records linked to an enquiry are deleted when your record in our customer relationship system is deleted, or after three years, whichever comes first. These records are held for us by our service providers in Singapore (Vercel and InsForge), by HubSpot in the European Union (Germany) together with its service providers in the United States, and error reports from our systems, which do not include visit details, are processed in the United States. You can turn this tracking off with the "Turn off visit tracking" link at the foot of each Palise website. In Safari and some in-app browsers you may need to turn it off again after about a week. Your choice applies on that website, and on our websites under paliseproperty.com, paliseproperty.com.au or palisepropertyreviews.com it also applies on our other websites under the same domain name.

When you follow a link from one of our websites on those domains to our main websites at paliseproperty.com.au or palisepropertyreviews.com, your choice is passed on. You may need to turn it off again on our other websites. We also honour the Global Privacy Control setting in your browser unless you turn tracking back on yourself on that website; doing so also turns it back on for our other websites under the same domain name. On websites that show a cookie banner we follow your choice there. Our advertising partners, including Meta, may use their own pixels on these pages; you can control how Meta uses your information for advertising in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. To ask for access to or correction of your information, or to make a complaint, contact info@paliseproperty.com.
